Matthew Jehs is a Member of the Appraisal Institute – an international membership association of professional real estate appraisers, with more than 18,000 members across the United States, Canada and abroad. The Appraisal Institute supports and advances its members by upholding professional credentials, standards of professional practice and ethics consistent with the public good. The MAI designation is its most prestigious accreditation and held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential, and other types of property and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions. As part of the process, Members must complete 11 examinations, 380 hours of classroom instruction and 6,000 hours of experience to earn this accreditation.

Matthew Jehs, MAI

Managing Director

Matthew W. Jehs is the managing director of Tuttle Armfield Wagner Appraisal & Research, Inc. Matthew Jehs is a certified general real estate appraiser and a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). Outside of the firm, he also sits on the executive committee of the East Coast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Matthew Jehs began his appraisal career in Chicago. In 2004, he moved to Melbourne, Florida, joined TAW and took over the reins in 2012. He is responsible for management of the firm, client liaison, business development, appraisal production and appraiser training. With a focus on commercial property, Matthew has appraised over $1 billion worth of real estate in Brevard County since 2004 and has testified a number of times as an Expert Witness on Real Estate Values in Brevard County.

Gary DiGiacomo

Residential Appraisal Manager

Gary DiGiacomo is an experienced residential real Estate appraisal specialist and Certified General Appraiser licensed to practice in Florida. Gary is approved for FHA appraisals in Florida and meets the AQB Criteria (Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria). He graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management. Gary and his family are long-time residents of Satellite Beach.
